The
restaurant was once used as a shed for the cows.
As an evidence of this you can see the original
stone slabs on the floor, the walls, which alternate
between the not refined wood and the stones, and
the mangers.
Tables and furniture are ancient too: the only
addition done is the lighting.
The ancient atmosphere can be felt also in the
cooking, exquisitely typical and based on products
of the Valsesia valley.
